Ready for the next Level but not getting the nod?
In a 13 week Group Coaching program over 6 months, the high Potential academy builds the leadership habits, influence, and strategic thinking that moves you up the corporate ladder
Is this what you are feeling?
Constantly being overwhelm, from being pulled in too many directions without a clear way to prioritize.
Solving problems piece by piece instead of getting to the root cause.
Limited influence outside your direct team, so good ideas stall when they need broader buy-in.
A thin power base and network, so you lack the relationships that open doors to the next level.
Not knowing how to manage or lead up, so your boss sees your full value.
A perception problem, where people don’t yet see you as the leader you actually are.
Communication that’s too comlicated or gets lost, so your ideas don’t land with people who matter.
the Difference 6 months can make with the “high Potential academy” Program
Consistent leadership habits and disciplines that make you look ready for the next level, every day, not just on your best days.
Stronger influence and a bigger power base, built through professional relationships that open doors at the next level.
The ability to communicate simply and powerfully, so your ideas land and stick the first time.
The strategic thinking to solve big problems and shape a high-performing culture, positioning you as someone ready to lead at a higher level.
A real strategy for managing and leading up, so your boss and senior leaders see your full value.
Leadership gravitas that shifts how people perceive you, so you're seen as ready before you even ask.
Stronger executive presence and credibility with senior leaders, so you're seen as the next person ready for the promotion.
A clear way to handle overwhelm and prioritization, so you're leading with focus instead of reacting.

We know what it is like to have a seat at the table.
At Mountain Leadership Advisory and Consulting we know you are the kind of person who wants to be the leader who finally gets tapped for that big promotion. In order to get that, you need the leadership disciplines, influence, and communication skills that get you noticed and promoted.
The problem is you're high potential, but you're stuck just below the level you need to reach for that next big step. That leaves you feeling frustrated, overlooked, and worried your window is closing. We believe high performers shouldn’t be held back simply because no one ever taught them the skills the next level actually requires. We understand how discouraging it is to work hard, deliver results, and still watch the promotion go to someone else. That's why we built the High Potential Academy, a 12-week program over 6 months that develops the leadership disciplines, communication, influence, and strategic thinking; skills that close the gap.
Here's how it works: set up a call to learn about the program, get registered, and then we get results by staying focused on the priorities that move you forward.
Cost, guarantees, doubt, time, and past experience are the five things I hear most before someone books a call, and I want to address them honestly.
On cost: The academy is a 13 week program occuring every other Saturday over six months and costs $2,500. Think of the Academy less as an expense and more as an investment in every decision you'll make for the rest of your career, one that compounds for years through better decisions, stronger relationships, and career growth.
On guarantees: honestly, there isn't one, and I'd be cautious of anyone who promises one, because group coaching is something we do together, not something I do to you, so results depend on the work you put in between sessions, just like any real growth, though I can guarantee a proven process, real accountability, and my full commitment to helping you get there.
On doubt: that's a completely fair thing to wonder, especially if you've never worked with a coach before, but this isn't generic advice, we build a plan around your real situation, and most clients feel that doubt fade within the first session or two.
On time: I hear this often, and it's usually a sign that coaching is exactly what's needed, since this isn't one more thing on your plate, it's designed to make everything else on your plate easier to manage, and a few focused hours a month often saves you far more time than it costs.
And on past experience: that makes sense, not all coaching is the same, and a bad experience understandably makes you cautious, so I'd love to hear what didn't work before, so we can make sure this time is different, tailored to you, and built around real accountability.
Schedule a call using the button below, so you can stop watching that next promotion slip further out of reach and start leading with the presence, influence, and results that make the next promotion inevitable.
