These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the Website and your engagement of our executive coaching services (the "Services"). 1. Description of Services
We provide executive coaching services, including one-on-one and group coaching, focused on strategic thinking, leadership development, communication, and related topics. Coaching may be delivered by phone, video, or in person, as agreed between you and us.
2. Coaching Is Not Therapy, Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice
Coaching is a collaborative, developmental process and is not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical care, legal counsel, or financial advice. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need medical, legal, or financial advice, please consult a licensed professional.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Coaching outcomes depend significantly on your own effort, participation, and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific results, including promotions, career outcomes, or business performance, as a result of coaching.
4. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation
● Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
● Payment is due at the time of booking or per the schedule outlined in your coaching agreement.
● Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be forfeited or subject to a cancellation fee.
● Fees paid for coaching packages are generally non-refundable, except as otherwise stated in your specific agreement.
5. Confidentiality
We treat information shared during coaching sessions as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties, including your employer, without your written consent, except where required by law or to prevent harm to you or others. 6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to participate honestly and actively in the coaching process, to attend scheduled sessions, and to take responsibility for the decisions and actions you take based on your coaching engagement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website and provided during coaching, including materials, frameworks, worksheets, and written content, is the property of Mountain Leadership Advisory & Consulting and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mountain Leadership Advisory & Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mountain Leadership Advisory & Consulting from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Website or Services, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a coaching engagement with reasonable written notice, in accordance with the terms of your specific coaching agreement. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at our discretion.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
